Full-Time Hire

In addition to projects and contract staffing, Agency a la Carte is a recruiter for full-time positions.

In this situation, the employer who is searching for candidates retains us. Our fee is the industry standard of 25% to 35% of the first year's compensation. We have successfully recruited for advertising agencies, corporate clients, and non-profit entities.

We can combine the temporary assignment with a full-time hire so that you have a temp-to-hire transition. In that situation, we would find you a temporary person interested in the possibility of full-time employment. That person would work by the hour until you are ready to hire. Commissions in this situation are subject to case-by-case negotiations.
