So there's no cost to your company unless you select our candidate. We can make this offer because we are confident that we will be able to provide better qualified and better suited candidates than you may find in the general market. Our standard fee is significantly below the industry standard for recruiting firms specializing in professional services. And we are determined to earn our keep.
Once you hire us, we will agree on a job description, salary and rates. Then, within just a few days, we will provide you with a topline report and resume of our recommended candidates – candidates our recruiters have met, vetted, screened, and reference-checked. We can also provide work samples for each candidate upon request. Once you determine those candidates you want to meet, we schedule and take care of the details. All you have to do is show up.
If, and when, you select our candidate, we can handle all the additional details of any required drug or background screenings, and help with the completion of any necessary paperwork.
