  • A member of our professional staff will review your registration information, resume and applicable samples. You will be contacted for an interview if we have an assignment or job that is a match.
  • We’re selective. Affiliation with Agency a la Carte is not automatic.
  • Affiliation with Agency a la Carte is not a guarantee of work.
  • We oversee assignments and pay according to client-approved budgets and time reports. You will know the budget before you accept an assignment.
  • Contractors are asked to complete an online time report every week.
  • We bill clients your hourly rate, plus a percentage as our fee. Clients are invoiced only after contractors have completed their online time reports.
  • We pay contractors as soon as the client pays us, unless other agreements have been made.
  • Both contractors and clients are asked to sign confidentiality and non-compete agreements.
