How we work

• A member of our professional staff will review your registration information, resume and applicable samples. You will be contacted for an interview or invited to attend our next "How We Work" meeting.
• We’re selective. Affiliation with Agency a la Carte is not automatic.

• Affiliation with Agency a la Carte is not a guarantee of work.
• We oversee assignments and pay according to client-approved budgets and time reports. You will know the budget before you accept an assignment.
• Contractors are asked to complete an online time report every week.
• We bill clients your hourly rate, plus a percentage as our fee. Clients are invoiced only after contractors have completed their online time reports.
• We pay contractors as soon as the client pays us unless other agreements have been made.
• Both contractors and clients are asked to sign confidentiality and non-compete agreements.
